Exchange Policy

At The Pride Side, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to exchange an item, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must have tags still attached
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at mandi@theprideside.com with your order number
  2. Specify which item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like to exchange it for
  3. We'll provide you with exchange instructions and a return shipping label if applicable
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship out your exchange item

Exchange Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we'll cover the return shipping costs. For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Processing Time

Exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been shipped.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
